    Music continually redownloading with premium subscription. I have done everything from clean re-install to deleting the device online. If this issue is not corrected before next payment, I quit. If it is, will edit my review. This service a great idea but the execution fails drastically over the past couple months. Update: I have received email rather quickly after contacting tech support and the staff seems to be on top of getting this issue resolved. Full Review

    I like Spotify and use it often, but I do have some complaints. When it comes to music that older, such as classic rock or jazz, I wish Spotify had the original tracks. In regards to classic rock, the reason the music was good was because it sounded good back then. I want to listen to the original tracks, not remastered songs that being sang by the band members who are now in their 50s or 60s. Remastered isn't always better. You know when something is remastered because it doesn't sound like what you remember. Full Review

    After the latest update, Spotify still erases my saved music collection whenever WiFi connection becomes anaemic. Can't you fix the bug? (Actually its developers never pay attention if I complain via Google Play! Better use their official page on Facebook.) Full Review

    I really like this app however it just turns off during a song. This issue happened a few months ago I reinstalled and the problem was solved. I've updated and reinstalled and it's doing it again. Also when I'm listening to my playlists songs not on there show up. I was under the impression the purpose to creating playlists was to listen to specific songs not unwanted ones. Full Review

    Would give 0 stars if I could.. Keeps playing suggested songs and with limited skips forces you to listen to them. The "suggested songs" also usually have absolutely no relation to the playlist and most of the time it will only play 1 song from the playlist then 6 or 7 suggested songs in a row. So disappointed and frustrated. Shittiest app ever. And NO spotify employees, I will not purchase premium, especially not now! Uninstalled. Full Review

    even without Spotify premium, I should still be able to listen to my playlist and other songs without any problem, but I CAN'T! I cannot skip songs properly and when I am able to skip a song to listen to the next one, the next song does NOT play. I press pause and play again maybe due to lagging, BUT NOTHING PLAYS. How am I supposed to listen to my artists with this kind of issue? I am very disappointed. please fix. Full Review

    This is definitely my favorite music streaming app, I love the selection. My only issue is that it takes about five minutes for the app to recognize that I am online. Whether I am using phone data or Wi-Fi there is an extremely long delay for when I can actually play any music. Full Review

    In my computer, it was working perfectly... But when it comes to my phone.... I've been installing and unstalling it for 3 times now...because of the same reason...when I click for my choice of doesn't do anything and it doesn't play..only when I click on the shuffle, it would only play...     Spotify Premium is incredible. It is the best music streaming service available. It is amazing the amount of music that you get for the price. With that being said, Spotify Free has a lot of annoying ads. If you don't want to pay a low fee for unlimited music that you can download, then this is probably not the app for you. But seriously... If you love music, this app is worth a few bucks a month Full Review

    Spotify, your update change lists are super lazy. Describe what your fixed in each update ... Also volume control when chromecasting is a mess... Doesn't show up at all... but I Figured out in pixel, you have to go-to battery->optimization submenu and take Spotify OFF the battery optimization setting. Then volume control works when chromecasting... But then Spotify is killing battery life. Fix it. Full Review

    Trying to listen to single artist and instead of hearing what you selected you get atlest 4 songs of suggested artists between each song of the artist you wanted to hear and with that you can't skip alot of songs to get what you want. Then for every 3 or 4 songs you get ads. In my case the same ad over and over. Talk about a broken record. With that being said there is good music if you can tolerate the BS to get to it Full Review

    NON IPHONE USERS BEWARE!! THE VOLUME IS TRASH. You will have to max your volume out bc it is so quiet. I've been a premium user for years, but I'm about to bounce as this has been an issue for a while now. They will not solve. It's the app, not the phones.     Ability to play all songs in a playlist folder still hasn't been returned. I thought I could get past it, but I can't, the user experience is broken. Merging all songs into a single playlist is not a feasible solution to this. Please fix this ASAP Full Review

    Best music app out there. Way better than Pandora or iHeartRadio. Boyfriend convinced me to switch over, AND to get the premium and I'm so glad I listened to him. I had about 30gbs of music on my old laptop that was all lost so this app is a lifesaver. Have it on my laptop now as well. Full Review

    Great overall music app, I only got it because Pandora shut down access in Australia and I've been pleasantly surprised. The depth of variety and ease of access/use are what make this app. Ads suck, yeah, but everyone has to make money and they give many opportunities for ad free listening if you listen to a short ad.     This app was fine until today. Suddenly it is slow to respond when I hit play and pause or try to skip to a different part of a song, cuts off the ends of songs where the crossfade should begin, and plays music after the app is closed out.     I love the huge selection of music. I hate that you can't actually select any of it. If you're not premium, you can't actually play the song you want. That's right, a music player that won't play the music you want. You have to select an artist or album and then shuffle play and hope the single song you wanted will play soon. You have to pay money to be able to select what you listen to. That's garbage. I was considering buying premium but not if you're doing nonsense like this. Full Review

    Not good if you aren't wiling to pay for premium. Even with premium I'll get (if I'm lucky) 5 songs to play before the app crashes. Been this way for months now and nothing has been done to fix it. Went from 5 star to 3, and that's being generous. Full Review

    Millions of tracks at my fingers is great but the actual app freezes a lot especially while starting up after being idle. I have a more than capable phone to run the app too.     People keep telling me how much better it is compared to Pandora. Not even close. I had it for less than an hour and I ran into no less than 6 premium features. Tried creating a playlist. Didn't play songs in that playlist. Can't edit the welcome mix. Username was set to some really long randomized letters, making it extremely difficult to log on. The UI is clunky and counterintuitive. There is no system where you can like or dislike songs. The number of free skips is nowhere near enough. It's got nothing on pandora. Full Review

    I think it's stupid that if you want to shuffle play a single album by am artist that it cycles through literally every other album. "Free" is bullshit. If you want it to work properly you have to buy the subscription. Decent selection of music so you get a 2. Full Review

    I pay for Spotify Premium and 70% of the time I go to play my downloaded music it can take up to a minute. Same if I try to pause, or skip to another song. The app doesn't seem to want to respond to anything I do regardless of if I have full LTE service or if I don't and I'm trying to access my downloaded content. Very frustrating. The music selection and suggestions are usually great, when the app works. Full Review

    This is def the best music app & worth premium$. Ppl who get it for free & complain? Grow up, pay up or shut up. *SPOTIFY PLEASE fix so we can change order of the PLAYLISTS!! Ppl have been asking for a LONG TIME! Only other complaint is that in your 80s & 90s music, you carry WAY too many re-recorded versions of songs/albums, instd of orig. I don't want to hear the recent live versions of an 80s artist-terrible. Want original song I fell in love with! Still the BEST music app by far tho! Full Review

    Forcing me to play my library songs only in shuffle and not being able to play a song from the search bar without playing a whole playlist or album is really a dick move from your end. You even removed peeking for next songs FFS. I get it if you limit the song skips or listening to your ads but this is just too far, because if Spotify would be available in my country I would've bought the full version. The times when I recommended this app to others are over. I hope this strategy was worth it. P.S: It is a really stupid idea to play "suggested songs" when listening to an album. At least play one or max 2 songs, but not the way it is now, where sometimes there are more suggested songs being played than songs in the album I'm listening. Full Review
