    I'm not sure how you go from the original winning formula of a easy to navigate pickup/ arrival menu to what you have now. I literally can't tell if I have ordered the cab or not. I assume this is to make sure you ''schedule' a ride rather than order a ride so they can change the fare without you being notified. The app is terrible and it feels like the company has forgotten what made it ahead of the game. Find a local alternative Full Review

    I've used Uber many times and paid through an already added Paytm account. But since last few days while trying to book cab it's giving error saying please check your payment card. My paytm account is being shown as added to Uber and has balance above Rs 300. This issue is forcing me to use other cabs. Fix it please. Full Review

    Prices just going up, never other way around. That's what happens when you become greedy. I have more than 50 rides never got a free ride or discount. Pool used to be lot cheaper now its silly. Keep up like this and go straight into your own abyss. Full Review

    Junk passenger rating system of Uber is an insult to me. I noticed that, my rating is terribly low as 4.55!!! I simply can't believe it. I have never quarrelled with single driver, even if they irritated me so much with many reasons. Extreme rare occasions, I reported it through official. And I never kept a driver waiting or caused any damage to any car. But still my rating is low. Why? This is highly unacceptable and from now onwards I will rate every single Uber cab driver I board in as low for every reason I will find to be even slightly irritating. Full Review

    I had booked Ubergo n was waiting for the driver for a long time n I had told the driver that I have one luggage bag with me. He was totally with it. And, when he arrived at the place, he asked for Rs50 extra for the luggage bag which could be fit in the dickey of the cab. And, then he just started shouting n cancelled the ride. I was charged Rs60 for the cancellation. And, I had raised complaint for the same. But, it has been a month, but I didn't get that amount back for which I was wrongly charged. Full Review

    There is no call centre to listen to your grievances in an emergency. Last night two drivers ditched me and I had to bear the cost of cancellation. One of the driver was not the same as shown in the description. Of course I got a refund when I wrote a complaint but it spoiled my mood and I got late for an event. Nowadays the drivers accept your request even when they are 20 minutes away and then force you to cancel the ride. THE DRIVERS SHOULD BE FINED IF THEY ACCEPT A RIDE IF THEY ARE MORE THAN 2 KM AWAY Full Review

    Dissapointed.. Uber was satisfying before. But now, I always be dissapointed by the driver. Either the driver phone is not active, or the shown car on the screen is not moving (and my internet is working just fine). Can you imagine how annoying it was when you can't check on the driver how long will it take for them to pick us up? Cause, I had this experience, when on the screen showed me that they will reach my place about 10 min, but I have to wait for 45 min. And believe me, there is no traffic. It happened not only one or two but few times already. So unprofessional. I think I will stop using this service. Full Review

    Uber tricks people. It can make u use uber if it wants. Uber makes errors like charging double the amount of estimated fare showing a greater distance than u actually travel. And when u complain, uber would refund your money as uber credit. And now u are bound to use that credit on uber. Which means, u must use uber in order to use your own money. They lock your own money to their lockers and wont let u use it. Full Review

    Service is decreasing in Medellin Colombia. It is a shame that a wrong behavior only had been phnished blocking the driver from my request but he is still driving uber car for other. I have an issue winthe refund money but never answer and never defund my money. Now drivers accept ride with more than 10 eta time that it is too much for wait. When I need to pay by cash they do no have change back and they had bad very bad behaviour with me. Other drivers smell like cigarette ash.     What on earth happened?! The app was working just fine. From a traveller's perspective the app did well - until a day ago. I received a text that my details have changed and when I tried to access the app, my email address could not be found. According to Uber Support, I never had an email address registered, which is BS as I have been receiving my Uber receipts via email. I also noticed that my payment info disappeared and that I am required to add new details. The 'Reset Password' facility also does not work and again, I am required to work through the Uber Support team! In this day and age, resetting a password should be a trivial function...     From last 3 week it's estimated price and actual price is vary from 30 to 40 rupees always. Suppose when I booked ride, it shows 60 rupees and after confirming the ride, it changes to 95 rupees for no reason. It's pathetic. Full Review

    Its the worst app i had ever used for cab.. Ola is far far better than uber. Although it gives much more coupons ( half of it would be invalid), than but after so applying, its even costly than ola...     I use Uber over Ola every single time. Mostly I use this app twice a day but just a few minutes ago I had the worst experience of a drive and feel Uber should address it ASAP. I got down at Kalina in Mumbai and the driver did not stop the ride and went on till Goregaon. It cost me almost thrice as the ride estimate. I have never had such a bad experience on Uber. I've rated it low for now. If this issue is not addressed I will stop using this app. Have already informed my friends of this experience Full Review

    The uvber route shows incorrect information, such as it shows longer route. And even after you take a short route, the charges remains the same. Some of the uber drivers, after accepting the rides, will never pick you up. Then you have to cancel the trip and pay the fees. Also some will ask, is it cash payment, if not they will ask you to cancel the trip.. this a very unprofessional service. Looks like uber does not have any control over drivers.     I've been unable to use my account for past 2 months now. The customer care has become pathetic. There has been no response for any of the mails sent in 2 months. Congratulations on your transition from the best cab app to the worst and keep losing loyal regular customers like this.     There should an option for the riders to accept the trip because once the driver reaches the location they start the trip and move on. It happened twice. The first time, I only gave the money which was accounted for. The second time, the driver had started the trip before reaching the pickup point and cancelled after few meters, when I called him and asked about it. Please add an option wherein the rider would be able accept or confirm that he/she has started the trip. Full Review

    At the time they didn't offer it so someone entered my email to sign up & eventually owed money so I had to create another email. Had they required two-step email verification then this wouldn't have happened. Weird part is I never received any emails from them prior to signing up. Explained my situation & got forwarded multiple times only for them to tell me there's nothing they can do. For a company that's worth so much, you'd think they'd be able to setup a two-step email verification system. Full Review

    "Ride with uber for fast, reliable rides that are affordable and available 24/7" That's what they advertise here on their google play page. None of that is true. 9 times out of 10 my driver doesn't know where my house is. They don't have the common knowledge to look at street signs while driving, causing me to need to wait an extra 5 or so minutes to even get IN my ride, let alone where I need to go. Whatever GPS system Uber uses also sometimes tells them that the dropoff for my office is smack dab right in the middle of the highway. Affordable? Barely. It used to cost me $8.40 to get from my house to work. Thats a great price. It's about 2.5k away from my house, so it's fair and affordable. Now it's an $11 trip, sometimes even $12. Same distance, and here in my town gas prices are actually LOWER than when I first started using Uber, so I'm not sure what the increase of price is from. Drivers are still generally very nice, and don't argue, so that's something that really hasn't changed much. And drivers are mostly available at odd hours of the night. Full Review
